Water Purification Firm MAR Systems Changes Corporate Legal Structure
(SOLON, Ohio) – Nov. 01, 2009 - MAR Systems announced today that it has changed its corporate legal structure and will now be operating as an incorporated business. The company had been operating as a limited liability corporation (LLC) since it was founded in 2005. The formalization in corporate legal structure comes as part of the agreement following MAR Systems’ initial closing of its new $1.5 million Series B round of funding led by Early Stage Partners.
